Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. How can I cancel the payment?

If you have started the payment flow, but would like to abort it, you can go back from the payment page of OOrgin via the “back arrows” in the browser / the application.

You can restart a new payment flow by clicking “Pay” on the Premium Ads selection page on OOrgin.

Once payment is successfully done , OOrgin don't have any cancellation option or policy.


2. Can I get a refund for my Payment for Premium Ad?

Listing Fees for your Premium ad are NOT refundable, except in the instance of deletion of the ad by OOrgin at the time of review (within 24 hours of it being posted) due to violation of Listing Policy/ Terms of Use or mis-categorisation of the ad.

After deletion of the ad by OOrgin within 24 hrs refund will be initiated and refund will go to same mode of payment from where it is charged. And as per your financial institution may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your statement.


3. Why does OORGIN only refund to the same payment card or bank? 

It is a condition of the card schemes (VISA, Mastercard) or banks that all refunds must be processed onto the same card or bank (if done via net-banking) as the original payment was made in order to help reduce fraudulent activity on cards. OOrgin must comply fully with all these schemes (s)/rules in order to be able to accept these card types.
