Ingredients:

Powdered calcium L-methylfolate, dextroalphatocopherol acetate, cyanocobalamin pyridoxine hydrochloride, lubricant: magnesium acid metasilicate, excipient: corn starch, anti-humectant: silicon dioxide, capsule: gelatin, coloring: titanium dioxide.

Usage suggestion:

Take 1 capsule daily.
