The advantages of this freezer are many: by freezing theproducts on a belt, throwing cold air flows from top and bottom, thinnerproducts and the crust of the product is frozen solid quickly. Thanks to thespeed of the freezing, there is extraordinarily little dehydration, and thehigh load capacity thanks to the three belts involved ensures that yield iskept high as well.

This equipment can work wonders on many goods that wouldnormally cause trouble, such as patties, fish and chicken filet, as well asshrimp. For shrimp there's a special glazing possibility, making the freezingeven more efficient.
